MTE YAPI TİC A.Ş., one of our group companies, has signed a contract with Zaim Teknopark A.Ş. for the construction of the Technopark Building. The building consists of 2 blocks with a construction area of 11270 m². The contract was signed on 19/04/2024.
MTE Yapı Started Construction of Silivri Municipality Youth and Cultural Center Project!
One of our group companies, MTE YAPI, has signed an agreement with Silivri Municipality to initiate the construction works of the Youth and Culture Center. The center will offer a spacious usage area of 13,250 m², providing ample space for cultural and social activities for the youth.
The School Campus Project in Suriname, executed by MTE YAPI, was inaugurated with a ceremony in the Moengotapoe Region!
The inauguration of the school campus project, undertaken by MTE Yapı, one of our group companies, located in the Hanover region of Paramaribo city, Suriname Republic, took place. The opening ceremony was attended by numerous state dignitaries, including Suriname’s President Chan Santokhi and the President of the Islamic Development Bank, Dr. Muhammad Al Jasser. The project was enthusiastically welcomed due to its significant contribution to Suriname’s educational activities.

MTE Yapı, one of our Group companies, has recently completed a school campus project in the Hanover district of Paramaribo, Republic of Suriname. Several state protocols, including Suriname President Chan Santokhi and Islamic Development Bank President Dr. Muhammad Al Jasser, attended the inauguration ceremony. The project has been highly appreciated by the locals as it is expected to make a significant contribution to Suriname’s educational sector.

We have delivered the commercial building belonging to BEPAŞ, which has a construction area of 10,015 square meters.
The contract for the construction of the new service building for the Eskisehir Chamber of Commerce has been signed!
The construction contract for the new service building of the Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce was signed on 12/01/2024 by Mr. Metin Güler, the President of the Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce, and Mr. Şener Şahin Balkay, the General Manager of MTEYAPI. The project is planned to be completed by October 2024.
