MTE Yapı is a construction company that has been operating since 1987 through Biat Construction.
It specializes in building modern living spaces that are integrated with the environment. One of its notable projects is the Adana Kozan project, which was contracted with TOKİ on 21.04.2006. The project covered a construction area of 103.080 m2 and included the construction of 864 residences, 1 primary school with 24 classrooms, a trade center, a mosque, and general infrastructures and landscaping works. MTE YAPI successfully completed the project on 21.12.2007, using tunnel formwork and conventional formwork construction methods, expert staff, technological work equipment, and in compliance with earthquake regulations.
