Project Details
The Büyükçekmece – Esenyurt 3rd Stage Başak Mass Housing 11th Region was constructed in 2006 using the “Construction of Residences, Primary Schools and Mosques Flat for Land in Return Revenue Sharing” method. The project, spanning a construction area of 103.665 m2, was awarded to and executed by MTE YAPI. The construction was carried out using both tunnel formwork and conventional formwork techniques, with the help of expert staff and advanced technological equipment. The project was completed in 2007 and met all the necessary earthquake regulations.
