Project Details
MTE YAPI successfully completed the construction of İkitelli Başak Residences 5th Stage 1st Section 1st Zone housing constructions, infrastructure and landscaping works using the tunnel formwork construction method. The project, which was contracted with Kiptaş, covered a construction area of 62.752 m² and was completed between 2004 and 2006. MTE YAPI’s expert staff and technological work equipment ensured that the project was delivered in accordance with earthquake regulations. This project was delivered in exchange for the flats-revenue sharing method.
