Construction of Maltepe Başibüyük Hilal Mass Housing, 2nd Stage is a remarkable construction project comprising 1,526 flats, designed to meet the high living standards and security needs of modern times. The project features a bazaar, social facilities, and excellent infrastructure and landscaping. The buildings have been manufactured using a tunnel formwork system and exterior sheathing system that provides efficient thermal insulation. The common areas of the buildings are equipped with 2 elevators, 1 fire elevator, fire escape, marble/granite flooring, aluminum stair railings, and a generator. The project offers a range of amenities, including children’s playgrounds, outdoor sports areas, 24-hour private security service, environmental landscaping applications, indoor pool, sauna, steam room, massage room, fitness center, and vitamin bar, open and closed car parks, elevator access from indoor car parks to floors, mechanical ventilation where necessary, and sprinkler fire extinguishing systems.
