Project Details
In the year 2006, a contract was signed between MTE YAPI and TOKİ (The Housing Development Administration of Türkiye) for the construction of a massive area measuring 180,000 square meters in Kocaeli Şekerpinar 2nd Region. The project was completed successfully in 2007 by MTE YAPI, employing both tunnel formwork and conventional formwork construction methods. The construction site is composed of numerous facilities including 1260 modern residences, a high school that boasts 24 classrooms, and a primary school with 32 classrooms. There is also a fully-equipped gymnasium, a nursery health center, and a majestic mosque. Moreover, the site features a stunning fountain, a bustling trade center, and beautiful on-island and general landscaping. The entire project was completed in compliance with the highest standards of technological work equipment and regulations, thanks to the expert staff who worked on it.
